The Church of God was founded for the purpose of spreading the Kingdom of Jesus Christ throughout the whole world for the glory of God to enable all to share in the saving redemption of His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ and enjoy communion with Christ and the Church which he established. All activity of the Church directed toward these goals is called the "apostolate." All members of the Church are called to participate in the Church's apostolate, and indeed, those who do not participate are "said to be useful neither to the Church nor to himself." (Decree on the Apostolate of the Laity, 2). The apostolates undertaken by Prince of Peace parish that are listed within these pages exist to make Christ known to all and encourage them to full communion with His holy, Catholic, and apostolic Church. Please browse these pages and consider the ways in which you may become involved in the apostolic activity undertaken by Prince of Peace Church for the glory of God and the exaltation of Mother Church.
