A French Baroque Midnight Mass
Our choir, soloists and instrumentalists are incredibly excited about the French Baroque Christmas Midnight Mass at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. All are suggested to arrive by 11:30p for prelude music. The centerpiece of the evening is a choral Mass by the French composer, Marc-Antoine Charpentier. The Messe de Minuit pour Noël is based on Christmas folksongs or noëls. The mass is a well-known favorite of both musicians and listeners alike.
